Though I agree that the tone of the series is lighter than usual ntr stuff as I said there are times it gets close to being darker in tone. Same can be said for Kon-Kit's NTR Heroine series which is usually comedic in tone but it gets close to being dark at times and also labeled as ntr. This should answer your question.

@LeCaster Kon kit's wife series is labeled as ntr everywhere, including teh previous works in the series. This is not a standalone story.So either you are wrong or everybody else is wrong.
