He breaks some of Shouya's ribs, gives him a black eye, blood is gushing from Shouya's mouth and nose, some teeth were knocked out; Ueno is horrified, but Shouko's mind has been broken by the alpha male and so she sees Shouya's defeat as pathetic and congratulates alpha guy for teaching Shouya his place.
