Well about the plot, the MC was trying to build a residential area where people like that girl with visual disability could live in, but it turned out the project took up the space where the girl was living. The girl, had known this coming, left the guy with her bondage. However, as one of the author's Tweet implied as"the ones who took the ending as a bad end must be ones with kind hearts", it should be more complex, leading to the ghost and brothel theories.

Since I know a bit Chinese (Mainland simplistic sign) the last panel was the translator own observation, basically this girl is a spirit of that area the Business guy is trying to convince her to leave with him. Anyways she knew her end is near and that his effort is fruitless, so she give her body to him because she know he is a good man deep inside him.

BTW he said about "Chinese Action Flim is Trendy now" in page 7, i guess this Manga's Time period is 1960's or 1970's. because Chinese Action Flim's Trendy era was that time. (at least Japan and South Korea)

and the man says "a Large and Cheap Land......" in a Last Page. whats the reason that Large Land which can actually build "a Huge Shopping mall designed for Handicapped Persons(thats the our guys works for Her)"? i guess the reason is only one. "The Land itself have some kind of PROBLEM". and that PROBLEM is a......

i think same she is actually a ghost. in a Page 6, the chimneys of Factory are 3 when our man meet a girl. i mean DEFINITELY. not a Angle Problem. and the end of this Manga, chimneys are 4. because he is in the Real world.

or maybe,try to look at page 25,i think the boss were late to say to tell the guy about the factory's area and theguy were surprised and run there

i think this guy were presentating to build a factory,but sadly the area where the guy and woman used to have s*x is in the factory's area and it already destroyed and the guy regret it ??

So basically girl is blind and lonely, guy is an architect that comes and talks about stuff with her. Last panel guy despairs because the real estate that he is working with bought the place that they were supposed to meet. This is the story on the surface but last 3 pages explains it in depth. there are several inconsistencies: moon changes from full to new even though he said he went back the very next day, and number of chimneys becoming 4 instead of 3 in the last panel. chimney one is explained: depending on the angle, it can become anywhere from 1 to 4 chimneys. The moon: 2 theories were presented: A.) guy is just drunk and trippy about time and it actually a brothel he is visiting. B.) girl is really a ghost(not the same reason FiTaLipz thinks though) and guy visits her in a distorted dimension, hence why the new moon is facing up and he claims to not remember how he gets home.
