This is just all sorts of fucked up. This guy's art is seriously great, but I really wish he would do something less fucked up. Ugh, my stomach is turning just reading this.
This is a literal work of art, both in its drawn aspect but also in its story and pacing. I got legitimately invested in this story. i was only able to jack off at the first scenario the rest fucked me up. This has been a favorite of mine for years now (albeit the first time i read it i was fucked up for a week and felt sick to my stomach about it) and thats why i love it so much. Its just so raw and this could actually unfortunately happen to a girl and its awful. honestly shindol is a big art inspo for me and i really respect their work <3
To all who are wondering, she is definitely dead. It's not open ended, nor meant to really be left for interpretation. This one doesn't have it but there is an author's notes at the end of the H-series that shows ShindoL's thoughts, saying that the end result was to have the heroine die. The way Shindo L made the ending, it was as if we were meant to draw our own conclusion, and while that may be true, Shindo L already had a conclusion. Fitting, but tragic. As for me, I like to look at this ending as a healthy alternative. There are people who fight back against this life and those who lose to it. Both are very fitting ends to this series. First off, phenomenal story! Great fap too!!! This had everything that you could see from a story standpoint and from an ero-doujin standpoint. When I say everything, I mean everything! It took me all day to read and fapped multiple times at different parts throughout the day only because I'm not a sex machine like Saki lol. I definitely thought the ending was a nice touch. At first I thought, "oh wow, she made it through with the baby! I'm so glad for her!" but then I realized very quickly that that may not have been the case and that she could have been high as she was imagining that. Either way, whether she survived or she died, I thought it was a really nice touch that there's a touch of interactivity with the story in that different people can have different interpretations of the ending. This is definitely going to my collection to read another time!!!
Everytime I would write a review, I always try my best to surpass my emotions, be blunt, and get straight to the doujin's pros, and cons. But this, this is something else. The story is about reality, how messed up reality is, and how dangerous if you are not careful in picking your friends, and how dangerous if you easily mistakes love for sex. Saki Yoshida is a girl, whom graduated from high school, wanted to change her looks, and have a fresh new start in school. She fell in love. She had sex. She is manipulated. She is abused. She is abandoned, and so fort, and so fort. The life of Saki Yoshida is something you must learn, and reflect from. Although, this scenario is most likely not happen to a decent human being, but this doujin simply gives everybody a clear mindset on how fucked up reality can be. I will not spoil the ending; read it, and decide for yourself how this messed up doujin ended. Page 216 will hit you harder than puberty ~ #SympathyForSakiYoshida

it really has a taint that she dies in the end, but i think that if the author didn't wanted to make it so, he wouldn't have drawn the segment with a daughter, doing it for just cutting with the cruelty of the story to that point it doesn't make any sense, specially the last part is very cruel (still fapped), but at last she made it out, some ofyou may say: dude she lost the baby she got kicked hard. but in fact some woman once hammered his belly to proof that the baby is strong and the baby comed out normally (google it), even with the blood is not warranty of the death of the baby, human body is amazing in extreme situations, and she only did drugs in the latest days because of pain, may the child won't develop illnes till later, well the point is i say she lived, may i'm not so souless to say that she died, but great fap!!!

It's a sad story, and it makes one cry. Emotional story may turn you off... Yet, I will still recommend strongly that you read this. This is just too good to give it a pass. You won't be disappointed. Definitely a legend in the Hentai industry.
When I first read this I was like. 'Fuck' this is so horribly bad in terms of what happens to the character but so well done. Now you ask? It's ShindoL, all of the creations are good, I love this one though, it's just so 'fucking' well done.

I interpreted it as she did pass away. The moment she had with her child is a sign of regret and what she wished could've happened. Not to mention she was bleeding out of her uterus and even if her child was born, it definitely wouldn't be a normal baby shown (given the physical damage and drug abuse). Very sad indeed :(
You can take the ending two different ways. A lot of it depends on your outlook on things IMHO.

Fuck, I'd been holding off on reading this until there was an ending, and I just skipped around to understand the story and now I'm really sad. Darn that last page. :(
If you didn't get the ending, she died. It was just her in a dreamlike state due to the afterglow of the drugs and being beaten and abused. She had no chance the second she listened to that chick and had compensated dating. Arguably, she shouldn't have thought Hayato as a boyfriend. Which, i don't even presume was his real name, due to everyone's reaction to her saying his name; they had no idea who that was, other then the dealer. All in all, this hentai was actually a well-written one. Using it's hentai aspects to intensify how much you feel for her, she was used, abused, manipulated and dumped more times then a child then count. It's quite... Amazing actually and proves that Hentai can be well-written.
That's a happy ending... she didn't die otherwise they wouldn't have had the few pages with the daughter... glasses where there just to show she left them behind (symbolizing the drugs).

It's up to you on how you want to interpret the ending. Personally, I would like to believe that she was able to get back on her feet and live a good honest life with her daughter. However, the ending also suggest that she overdosed and died. Again, it's up to you on how you want to interpret it.
