@Loli_Lives_Matter - I doubt it. More like your typical asset rip that would find its way into various Source Filmmaker short animations/GIF's, but instead just a series of still images. These could also be cut out of a larger work, such as a semi-animated Java/Flash game (e.g. a motion comic with a few animated scenes between lots of stills, with limited interaction and dialogue, and typically packaged as a stand-alone executable). Either way, they're pretty clearly modified game assets; seeing as how they're both basically in game models (look at texture work on the stockings) with basically a dick slapped over Akuma's clothing and a pretty basic texture touch up to paint a vagina onto the other nude model.
