I agree with @kynes this is not the Ai you would expect but even then I always thought that she would do what junichi expect her to do and that was why she is sweeter in the anime because basically... Junichi from the anime is not an asshole.

Lackluster dialogue. Terrible writing. Nanasaki isn't herself here. She's supposed to be much sweeter than this. I can't imagine her having an abortion if she had enough money.
