I really like Kuroneko Smith as an artist, but I can't cede title of best (who for me is Oda Non) to him just yet. If he draws more consistently throughout his panels, then he'd easily beat out anyone because when he draws at his best, he is the best in my opinion.

I would love to see an other story by Kuroneko about a mother and her son. I know he already made one but I didn't find it that great, all the sleeping film is not really what I like. But a story like this one, with the mother instead of the aunt, and Kuroneko will become by far my favorite artist !

It will take longer for me to add the translations (subsik's and mine) to the comic, but I at least hope that in translating the bonus, we all now have a complete grasp of the overall story. The comic will also take longer for me to complete because it was scanned from a physical book, giving it a grainy appearance. So I'm going to have to adjust for that (as I did with this bonus) when cleaning and editing the pages--not to mention, it's over 240 PAGES!! Nevertheless, I'm committed to seeing this through. So look forward to that guys.

Yeah, Kuroneko said that it would be only 10 pages when he first announced the comic. Nevertheless, Kuroneko Smith, in my honest opinion, is a genius mangaka. The way he set up the premise for this bonus, at least from a storytelling standpoint, is absolutely sublime. To have Kyouko receive a phone call from her sister after giving birth, and their reminiscing about the last year, going through the events, which seem innocent to Kyouko's sister, but riddled with innuendo for Kyouko, as we're taken through these trysts she had with her nephew, Kouhei, is absolutely genius. I was no less than impressed when I was translating this. Kuroneko Smith may not be my favorite artist yet (emphasis on yet,) but he's definitely my favorite storyteller.
