I don't see anything wrong with it. This was actually pretty popular back during the VCD time. For kids in asia, this type of "anime captions manga" was the alternative of watching popular anime series (such as pokemon or digimon) due to not having the right TV channels and/or unable to record.

Take pictures from hentai itself and make it into a doujinshi with captions on it. Well Played.
