I not a big fan of guro, but i really liked this one

It's actually good. Although there's no real indicator as to why (s)he only eats the heart and how tormenting their prey makes the heart taste bad, it has quite a nice foundation. I wanna know who and what Manuel is and how they became to be.

@zxzhellen : what i noticed are Manuel got no heart (theres stitches visible on his chest in the last panel)

Not really a fan of mixing gore with eroticism outside of stuff like Berserk, but this was good enough that I wish this mangaka had more stuff on this site. Preferably sans mutilation.
