Using the power I gained from school called context clues, I deduce that the end shot of the guy and the nudist exchanging kicks is because the nudist guy is another ghost that wants to have a go with the MC too, but the MC thought "GAAAAY!!!" and "NOPE." so they kicked it off with a spar. EDIT Can't be bothered to change my earlier comment so whatever. EroMaru explained it already, so my post is moot.

@Brighton92 I think everyone has to die someday, and the ending is so funny I couldnt resist to answer you. So the ending says the girl ghost disappears maybe because of satisfiction, and the boy tries to find other haunted houses, should it be JK or milf. But he ended up living in house hainted by a lovelorn muscular dude who is trying to anal him. The boy needs to fight him off everynight.
