What happened in this doujin is most likely a story inspired by Aisai Nikki where the husband no longer could get it up until his wife was violated by a close co-worker. I believe if the story follows the same pattern as Aisai Nikki then Vegeta will reveal a Super Saiyan 5 penis in the sequel and come charging in the bedroom to make Trunks with Goku placed at Bulma's rear. They will then lay down on the bed and think about the name of the boy before coming to conclusion that it will be Trunks.
