Actually I also don't speak japanese but for what I understood in the description he put says that there's a hope of continuation. Not confirmed yet, unfortunately. Also I don't know if she became a vampire or not, but I think she was a human man that became just a human woman with some kind of stimulus that induces lactation. If she died or not I think this's the point that the autor wanted to leave open.
