This first chapter features a "scarecrow". Naturally, she's dumb. If she only had a brain! Chapter 2, in the 2016-09 issue of Anthurium, features the "cowardly lion" - a girl with a lion-themed name who is too cowardly to try to make friends with the popular girls. The third chapter is in Anthurium 2016-10, and features a girl who "wants a heart". It's a bit more obscure than the name puns of the first two chapters, but clearly it's the Tin Man (girl).
