I think it's actually supposed to be a player/the protagonist dude trying to disguise himself. If you look (perhaps not so very) closely, you can see that's a traffic cone. XD Still, who knew this was what they meant by "Easy" mode? It's a good thing there's more of those health recovery dealies to go around; with that sort of play, he would definitely need to keep his stamina up. :p
