Don't see what's ambiguous about this either. They're both in on it. She even initiates the scenario by making her friend specifically call the guy to pick her up. The guy putting her clothes back on in the end isn't so much because he's trying to be caring (he might be, though he calls her a crappy actor), but more him trying to complete the scenario where the "raped" woman wakes up not realizing what happened the night before.

I don't see it being ambiguous at all. They're both definitely into it, and MC cares enough about her to let her have the bed and put her clothes back on.
