She just screwed with him as "something she would do" but not actually go through with the actual act. We (the readers) have a pretty clear view on their relationship, in all previous chapters we can see she truly cares about him, but from his point of view she really keeps him guessing for the most part, so for him this is a real concern and for her it was really amusing

@Faglord "something like this" =lying to make him jealous/hurt, not actually cheat on him. As I said, the big sell point of the series is that they actually care for each other, despite how badly she treats him

I felt that way too, was pretty upset, not cus I hate that stuff in general but because one of the biggest things about watching these two is the fact you could feel how much they legit care for each other. If he did that to her, (not just a make out doll he was being discrete with, but actually made her think he got taken by someone else) you know she'd have stabbed and/or anal raped someone
