To my knowledge, Chichikko Bitch's last volume was five, so I can think of three possibilities for WBC 3:
1) It'll just be shorter
2) The remade CB 5 will be followed by a bunch of remakes pf misc Lucy drawings (And Tamagoro has certainly squeezed out enough of those to fill out a doujin)
3) WBC 3 will be the debut of CB 6.
